A little about my approach

My Goal / get you the best deal possible

Buying or selling a home can be stressful, leaving you overwhelmed. I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen.

I start by listening to what you want and then get to work to make that happen. I’ll negotiate the best possible deal for you and guide you through the entire process—start to finish. I’ll take care of the details and get us to the closing table with a minimum of stress.

I’ve lived in Vegas more than 20 years and been a full-time, licensed agent since 2005. I know the Valley, I know the market, and I know how to get you the home you want. Or sell the one you’ve got. Drawing on 15 years of experience and hundreds of transactions, I’ll put my proven systems to work for you.

MILITARY

For active duty military, I offer special discounts. I’ve done this for all my military clients and I’ll do it for you. I’m an Army brat and my son is a Purple Heart-reciepient Army Ranger. Military is family to me. Rather than say, “I support our troops,” I show it by sharing a portion of my commission with you. Guaranteed.

PERSONAL

I earned my Bachelor of Arts at Messiah College and two Masters degrees at Princeton. I’m fiercely proud of my son (whom I raised myself, an Army Ranger (SFC) and Purple Heart recipient), my amazing daughter-in-law, and especially my new-born granddaughter. (“Yaayyyy—I’m a Grampa!”)

I’m active in my church and just started helping with the Darby Project, an organization that helps Army Rangers transition after separating from Regiment and the Army.

For fun, I enjoy rock climbing (accompanied by my Blue Heeler, Ranger), skiing with my 82-year old dad in Colorado, hiking in beautiful Red Rock Canyon and up at Mt. Charleston, and hanging out with friends to cheer on our Golden knights.
